Charlie Sheen (born  September 3, 1965) is the one who did the speaking voice of Charlie B. Barkin in All Dogs Go To Heaven 2. He is Charlie's only voice actor who didn't do his own singing, as earlier, Burt Reynolds did, and later, so did Steven Weber. He is also well known for appearing in the sitcom Two and a Half Men, prior to being replaced by Ashton Kutcher. He has also appeared in a number of films such as Hot Shots!, Platoon, Machete Kills and Wall Street.
