Slingshot Kid is a minor antagonist of the television series' first episode "The Doggone Truth". He is a chubby boy with a slingshot and who shoots a paint-filled (or whatever fluid was in it) balloon at a white cat who is just minding its own business. In the episode, Charlie is supposed to save the cat from him, but not only does he despise cats, he gives in to the temptation of buying a double-chili cheeseburger.
