Lance is the titular character of the episode "Lance the Wonder Pup." He is a by-the-book dog whom Charlie is jealous of for his heroic acts.
Until the aliens in "The Rexx Files" showed up, Lance was the only one-time character to ever sing on the show. In fact, he is the only one-time character to ever sing solo.
He is voiced by Mark Benninghoffen.
